Our primary service area is within the city limits of Tuscaloosa, though we also service select surrounding areas outside the city. Send us your property address and we'll quickly confirm if you're on our route!

How do you determine pricing for your services?

We price every job based on factors like property size, layout, accessibility, and the specific services you need, with routine lawn maintenance starting at a minimum of $65. To give you an accurate estimate, we review your property details and perform an assessment so there are no surprises.

How is the tier price set?

Accepted Answer

Every property is different, so tiers are quoted per yard based on size, layout, and condition. Request a quote and we'll get you exact numbers. Prices hold for 30 days.

Question 9

Mowing Schedules (7 / 10 / 14 / 21+ Days)

Accepted Answer

You choose how often we come. The service at each visit is the same for your tier — the schedule just sets how often.

Every 7 days — The cleanest, best-kept look. Weekly is what we recommend during peak growing season for most residential and commercial yards. Better-looking yard, kept in shape all season, minimal excess clippings.

Every 10 days — A good middle ground when weekly is more than you need but biweekly is too spread out.

Every 14 days (biweekly) — Best for affordability. Keeps things kept up, but it won't look as clean as weekly, and there will be more excess clippings since the grass grows longer between visits. Please don't expect weekly results on a biweekly schedule.

Every 21+ days — For empty lots or places that just have to be mowed but don't need to look neat. Not recommended for typical residential or commercial properties that you want looking sharp.

Can I change my schedule later?

Yes. Just let us know and we'll adjust. Growth changes through the season, so it's normal to run tighter in spring/summer and stretch out in fall.

How long is my quote good for?

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

What's the difference between one-time and recurring?

Accepted Answer

Recurring (routine) plans come on your chosen schedule at your tier's rate — this is the best value and keeps the yard consistently in shape. A one-time mow is a single visit with no commitment, priced at 15% over the 21+ day routine rate (one-offs cost a bit more because they're not on a route).

Do you have a minimum charge?

$65 minimum per routine lawn maintenance. Some add-ons carry minimums — limb pickup and trash pickup are a $10 minimum each.

How and when do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due the day of service. If it's not paid that day, the card we keep on file is charged the next morning.

What payment methods do you take?

Accepted Answer

Online invoice/Card on file — the simplest option; charged the morning after service if not already paid.
Autopay — set it and forget it; ask us to turn it on.
Check — fine as long as it's left out for the crew or handed to them before the job is finished.

What's autopay?

An option where your card is automatically charged for each service so you never have to think about it. Just ask and we'll set it up.

What if I forget to pay?

No stress — the card on file is charged the next morning. If there's an issue with the card, we'll reach out.

Yes, and thank you. Tips get split up and go straight to our team.

How do routes work?

Accepted Answer

We run efficient routes, so your service day is based on where you fall on the route for your area and schedule. We'll let you know your cadence when you sign up.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

If weather forces us to reschedule, we move you to the next available day at no penalty. Safety and lawn health come first — mowing a soaked yard tears it up.

Can I skip a week?

Accepted Answer

If necessary, reach out and we'll work with you. Keep in mind that stretching out too far (especially in peak season) means longer grass, more clippings, and a rougher-looking result at the next visit.

If it is repeating we will have to charge 15% per week or we can not keep your spot reserved on the schedule.

What to do on service day (so we can get right to work):

Unlock gates / access. Make sure we can get to the areas we're servicing.
Secure pets. Please have pets inside or secured.
Clear the work area. Pick up toys, hoses, pet items, and litter from the yard beforehand.

Is there a reschedule fee?

Accepted Answer

There's a $20 reschedule fee if we show up and can't complete the service because of something on the property's end — locked/blocked access, unsecured pets, or a work area that wasn't cleared. Weather reschedules are always free.

Question 24

What about the debris and pet-waste fees?

Accepted Answer

If we have to spend extra time clearing toys, pet items, or litter before we can work, a $15 Debris Pick-up fee may apply.
If there's excess pet waste we have to deal with (and then clean our equipment and footwear), a $15 Doggy Doo Clean-up fee may apply. These only apply when the extra work is actually needed — clearing the yard beforehand avoids them entirely.
